Groups

Passport groups are structured around bi-monthly or quarterly gatherings, with a small group of no more than 8 (non-competitive) peers. In an open, supportive environment, members present business challenges, bare their business souls to each other and make commitments to the group. All the sessions are professionally facilitated, and between meetings online community tools & coaching are used to maintain contact and generate learnings between group members.

The current Passport groups are as follows:

• Managing Directors/CEOs – groups for MDs / CEOs of growing businesses with revenues between £0.5m and £5m.
• Learning & Development professionals
• CIOs

We can also offer the same methodology to run in-house groups.
