Coaching helps people improve the quality of their lives, their businesses and their communities. It encourages self awareness, enthusiasm, motivation, authenticity, challenge and vision. Coaching can be used to address many different issues. Clients come to us to look at business success and performance, career management or transition, relationships and life stages, dealing with stress and personal development. We work with entrepreneurs, small business owners, graduates, creatives, in fact anyone who is looking for greater fulfilment and satisfaction.

How does it work?

By using careful listening, good questions, and a mix of practical exercises and creative approaches, we help you clarify and prioritise what really matters. We want you to be inquisitive, inspired and motivated, and to bring out your own creativity and resourcefulness. With your own 'compelling vision' you are much more likely to move forward and discover for yourself the right 'next steps'.

Where do we coach?

Where possible, we like to meet all our clients and have the first coaching session face-to-face (although with clients from across Europe this is not always possible). Future sessions are then tailored according to what you personally want and need from a coaching relationship.

How often?

The number of sessions depends on your needs - anything from a one off to ongoing monthly sessions.

They vary - from 90 minute face-to-face sessions, 30 - 60 minute phone sessions to breakthrough sessions of 2 to 3 hours when people want to work on changing unhelpful beliefs, for example around confidence, relationships and limiting patterns.

Cost

Information on fees and monthly packages of phone and email support on request. Some bursaries are available for people on a low income.
