Our team building approach looks at how either new or established
teams can improve the way they work together. We ask questions
about what works well, what needs to change and how to create
the X factor for high performance. We use a variety of techniques
and tools including questionnaires and profiles such as TMSDI,
Belbin and Myers Briggs, learning sets and coaching. The planning
and agreeing of outcomes for any team development is an important
part of the process. Our team development programmes are highly
individual and creative.

A programme might include a two day residential or ongoing team coaching. We
are always looking for new ideas to keep our approach fresh
and
current. Our style is flexible and facilitative - if the programme
isn't working we fix it. We give time to identify and work
with sometime sensitive and challenging issues. Outcomes can
be many and varied ...and sometimes surprising. Teams have
developed communication charters, achieved a more unified sense
of purpose and increased their levels of energy and well-being.
